Danny the Deinonychus
This project includes a character turnaround, vignettes, two full spread illustrations, an 8-panel zine (designed for print), and 4 informational posters. The goal for this project was to create a character to be used in a museum exhibition, in addition to semi-mockups of how he could be used.
Colin the Fair
Set in West Hulth, a town in a historical-fantasy world of talking animals and knights, our character Colin navigates what it means to be a soldier of the kingdom and how far he would go to save his childhood frenemy, Ray.
This project showcases an item list, character turnaround, an up-close study, and two full illustrations.
Max and U
In a post-apocalyptic-dystopian world, life is harsh, and the winters are harsher. Max grew up learning to care for and domesticate dinosaurs. It’s not very different from regular farm animals, really. When he finds a baby Triceratops outside in the snow, he unknowingly wanders into a dangerous plot by a mad scientist, hellbent on using U to “fix the world”.
This project contains 2 character turnarounds, a full illustration, and two vignettes.
